VERSES FOR THE WEEK
Isaiah 12 vs 1 - 6
I will praise you, Lord. Although you were angry with me,
your anger has turned away and you have comforted me.
Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid.
The Lord, the Lord Himself, is my strength and my defence, He has become my salvation. With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.
In that day you will say:
‘Give praise to the Lord, proclaim His name; make known among the nations what He has done, and proclaim that His name is exalted.
Sing to the Lord, for He has done glorious things; let this be known to all the world. Shout aloud and sing for joy, people of Zion, for great is the Holy One of Israel among you.

Breath Prayers for the Advent Season
As we did last year, here are some advent breath prayers to encourage all of us to draw nearer to God in this season.
This week’s Advent Breath Prayer – Week 3
Subject: LOVE based on Romans 8 verses 38 & 39
*** Breathe in: Nothing can separate me ***
*** Breathe out: as I keep my thoughts on You ***
Breath prayers are a modern adaptation of the ancient prayer of the heart. Breath prayers fit easily into one breathe in and out.
This Christmas, take time to slow down and breathe deep and inhale the goodness and glory of God.
Each week of advent there will be a different breath prayer for you to use.
Advent invites us to slow down and to believe that there's more to Christmas than just the loud noise of the season, more than the hustle and bustle of the crowds, more than the pressure to produce and perform and perfect.
For more information on breath prayers, please see the notices for 1st December.
